The Mask Parade- The Very Hungry Caterpillar!

We set off walking. There were dancing strawberries everywhere. We were the very hungry caterpillar. The mask parade was awesome. Room 4's masks were strawberries. The butterfly was my favourite. We were dancing to 'eat it'. Behind us were sneetchers and in front was 'Where's Wally'. I loved the mask parade, it was awesome.                 - Jada.

This is us painting our masks for the mask parade. We are strawberries. I thought they would be easy to make. We should thank the adults that set the base of them up so we can make them, so big thank you for helping us make them! We are going to march beside The Very Hungry Caterpillar with them on our head.                              – Alex.

This is mask painting, making our strawberries red. When we did it we used sponges or a paint brush, we could choose. We were doing it for the mask parade. Other classes were different fruits like plums and apples.                   – Jacob.
