Where has this Term gone? All of a sudden it's week 8, and the class is getting ready for end of year festivities. Mind you, we have quite a few things to get through before we switch off entirely for the summer! Cycle Safety this week, and the Community BBQ on Thursday, plus we should hopefully get some swimming time. No time to rest just yet, but getting closer by the day!
Oh, and well done to those students (and parents/helpers) who brought in fantastic, stupendous, magnificent homework projects on The All Whites. There were some incredible presentations, and obviously a lot of work went in to a high majority of the finished products. Well done, Room 4.
Also, a special mention should go to Grace, Taylah and Thomas who, along with two other LMS students, and many other kids from other schools, were presented with their very own bike! This was part of the Variety-Bikes For Kids promotion, in which over 1000 bikes were donated to kids all around New Zealand. I'm sure they will get plenty of use!!
